Contract: to provide the Service, manage accounts, run configured prompts, analyze AI answers, and deliver reports.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Urzad Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

Collected Information and Data Handling

We handle your data as follows:

We store account, organization, membership, billing, prompt, tag, and settings data needed to operate the Service.
We store AI prompt runs, generated answers, analysis results, and related metadata so you can review trends over time.
Prompt text and organization context may be sent to service providers so the Service can generate answers, analyze answers, and create starter prompts.
We may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, send reports, solicit your feedback, or keep you up to date with what's going on with our products.
This app logs usage information for maintenance, debugging, abuse prevention, and security purposes and stores the logs for 30 days.
Your account may be suspended or deleted with no reason given at any time.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists.

Recipients and Processors

We use the following providers to operate the Service:

Hosting and storage providers.
Product and web analytics providers.
Email delivery and announcement providers.
Crisp.chat for customer support.
Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, and customer billing portals.

Data Deletion

You can delete organizations that are eligible for deletion from the application. You can delete your user account after you have deleted or left all organizations.

When an organization is deleted, we delete its related membership and operational records. Prompt-run data and logs may remain for up to 30 days in operational logs, backups, and analytics systems.

Payment information will be processed by Stripe according to their own policy and regulations.

Let us know if you'd like our email correspondence and Crisp.chat support tickets deleted as well.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Clare Videre discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and service providers that need to know that information to operate the Service. Clare Videre will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

Other than to employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and service providers, as described above, Clare Videre discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Clare Videre believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Clare Videre, third parties, or the public at large.

Cookies

This website uses cookies for authentication.

Payments

Payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, credit-card handling, and customer billing portals are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

The Service uses a monthly subscription and usage credits. Credit grants, trial credits, promotional credits, and purchased credits may expire, may be limited to specific uses, and have no cash value unless explicitly required by law.

Adding team members, buying credits, cancelling subscriptions, and updating payment details may affect billing according to the Stripe checkout, billing, and invoice flow shown at the time of the transaction.

We rely on external sources of data and external AI systems for our functionality. Those sources and systems might change, block access, return incomplete data, or cease to be available to us at any time. If that happens we will not issue refunds.

AI Outputs

AI-generated answers, analyses, rankings, winners, consulted URLs, and similar outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, or inconsistent between repeated runs.

The Service is intended to help you monitor patterns and investigate opportunities. It is not legal, financial, SEO, marketing, or professional advice, and it should not be treated as a guarantee of search visibility, AI visibility, revenue, or brand performance.

You are responsible for deciding which prompts to run, how to interpret the results, and what business actions to take based on those results.

Organizations and Team Members

Organizations may contain multiple team members. Organization owners and administrators may invite users, remove users, change roles, configure prompts, manage billing, and delete eligible organizations.

If you accept an invitation to an organization, your email address and role may be visible to other members of that organization.

Affiliate Programme

Affiliates who don't contact us via email and receive permission to operate waive their right to compensation.

Affiliates who behave in a way that conflicts with the interests of Clare Videre, such as bidding on the same keywords, waive their right to compensation.

No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
